The story goes that the Country Mouse visits the City Mouse and doesn’t like it at all and vise versa…but after closer inspection, each learns to appreciate the differences the other has to offer. I did this piece with my personal experience in mind after moving from Iowa to LA for five years and then moving back to Iowa, I experienced the very same prejudice. Lot’s of assumptions out there on both sides about the country folk and the city folk that are just plain wrong!

The lesson here, is appreciate what you have, when you have it, and enjoy what you couldn’t have somewhere else.
